1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwiftMods website and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we sell

SwiftMods offers digital products such as license keys, account access, and gift cards, as described on each product page. We deliver by email or through your order details after your payment is confirmed. We do not ship physical goods unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your region to order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may browse the catalog without an account where the site allows it; certain actions may require registration.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices and availability are shown on the site at checkout. We may use third party payment providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown. You agree that you are buying for personal or internal business use in line with the product description and any license terms from the original publisher or platform.

5. Delivery and support

Digital items are made available after successful payment, usually by email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for saving your codes and access information. If something fails on our side, contact support and we will work with you in line with our published policies and applicable law.

6. Refunds

Because products are digital, many items cannot be "returned" once delivered. Refund eligibility depends on the product and whether the key or access has been revealed or used. Where we offer a refund window (for example within 24 hours of delivery if the product has not been revealed or used), the details on the product page or checkout apply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• violate any law or third party rights;
• attempt to access our systems, other users, or payment flows in an unauthorized way;
• resell or redistribute products in a manner that breaks the product's terms or our policies;
• use the site to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content.

8. Intellectual property

The site, branding, and our content are owned by SwiftMods or our licensors. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners. We grant you no license except what you need to use the site and the digital products you lawfully purchase.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for issues caused by third party platforms, publishers, or your own device and network. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or a specific order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, except where the law does not allow such a cap.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
